Paradigm Partner Summit 2025

Design and styling for the Paradigm Partner Summit 2025, focusing on guest-facing environments across both daytime and evening programming. Scope included tablescapes and centerpieces for luncheon and dinner events, tent décor for dining spaces, and curated lounge vignettes within the green room to support comfort and flow for speakers and partners.

Additionally supported stage design for fireside chat programming, ensuring the visual language of the summit extended seamlessly from dining environments to the main program space. The overall design approach prioritized cohesion, warmth, and clarity—using material, layout, and detail to elevate the experience while supporting conversation, connection, and content-driven moments.
